Demand for entry-level talent, especially skilled talent, is at an all-time high. As AfterCollege’s 2016 survey uncovered, 78% of seniors had a job lined up upon graduation this year.
Employers are scrambling to find the right talent at 4-year colleges, community colleges, and now more recently at non-traditional credentialing organizations that can quickly teach skills that employers need.
One such organization is Udacity, the pioneer in massive open online courses. It offers Nanodegree programs in areas such as Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, and Android and iOS development. Udacity offers the opportunity to jump into a tech career, whether you’re a recent humanities college grad or a mid-career individual looking to make a change.
AfterCollege is excited to be working with Udacity to connect its grads with employers. If you are a Udacity grad, be sure to check out the Udacity Career Network and sign up to receive employer notifications.
If you are an employer, you can post jobs on the Udacity Career Network to get in front of their grads.
